![]()  The process should then continue by developing these children into faithful disciples. Scripture reveals that children are special to Jesus. The Disciples thought Jesus was too busy for the children and Jesus responded to the disciples by saying “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14). There was never a time that Jesus turned the children away. He always welcomed and included them in his ministry, just as he did with the adults. As Jesus was concerned then so should we also be concerned and show them the truth of the Bible. The vision that the Lord has given to us is not to baby sit or teach but to train them. Proverbs 22:6 says to “train up a child in the way he should; and when he is old, he will not depart from it”. Here at Church of Acts the teachers love the Lord and have been trained and equipped to pull the gifts, visions and dreams that are freely give to them by the Lord himself. That the children may rise up and be mighty in the Kingdom because they were created for Kingdom purpose. These children have a pure heart and are the next generation. They are taught that there is no life outside of God and that they are the image of God. Joel 2:28 “And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall see dreams, your young shall see visions. These children are having dreams and seeing visions. I believe the Lord does not only want them to watch a video, eat a snack and go home. The Lord is wanting a true and deeper personal relationship with him. That the children will know to hear the voice of our father in Heaven and that they would Love the Lord with all their heart. The Lord is speaking loud and clear now than ever before. It is time that we stand and take authority over the plans of the enemy over our children and declare what the Lord declares over their lives. Hope to see you soon, Josette |
